A community of early users and developers helping shape NOTE4 through honest feedback and everyday use.
NOTE4 Pioneers brings together early users and developers to test setup, synchronization, AI voice workflows, and everyday reliability. This round is now full. The information below remains available for confirmed participants.
Confirmed NOTE4 and eligible Devkit participants should continue with the instructions received during enrollment. Members test for at least one week and report bugs, usability issues, successful workflows, and feature ideas. Completing the agreed testing and review process still qualifies enrolled devices for the original Lifetime Core AI reward.

The Devkit normally ships with beta demo firmware rather than the finished consumer experience. Exact eligible batches, firmware transition, and recovery instructions must be confirmed in the final test guide.

Can I still apply to NOTE4 Pioneers?
No. This round is full and new applications are paused, including applications from Devkit owners and iPhone users. No further enrollment date is currently announced.
I am already confirmed. Have my benefits changed?
No. Confirmed participants keep their original testing arrangements and benefits. Please continue with your enrollment instructions. If you submitted an application but have not received confirmation, contact support@zectrix.com to check its status.
When do confirmed Pioneers receive Lifetime Core AI?
The original process still applies: complete the required testing and submit your final review. After approval, ZECTRIX activates Lifetime Core AI on the enrolled device at no extra cost. New NOTE4 devices receive the original 500 free Credits on activation.
What does Lifetime Core AI mean?
On one enrolled device, covered core voice features such as tasks, reminders, and memos use no Credits for its supported lifetime. The benefit is device-bound, not account-wide, and remains subject to the published eligibility and fair-use terms. It does not include every future AI feature or model. See NOTE4 AI details.
When can I pre-order NOTE4?
Official NOTE4 pre-orders are coming soon. We will publish the available packages and ordering details when pre-orders open. Joining Pioneers will not be required. You can explore NOTE4 in the meantime.
What should enrolled Devkit and iPhone participants do next?
Follow the platform and hardware instructions confirmed in your enrollment email. Use only the official program firmware for testing, and refer to the provided transition and recovery instructions for your Devkit. iOS TestFlight timing follows the existing participant communications.
