Yes. A full refresh on a four-color e-paper display takes time and may flash, briefly invert colors, or flicker during the refresh.
Open the ZECTRIX Firmware Updater in desktop Chrome or Edge, connect the device by USB, choose your local .bin file, and follow the five guided steps.
Choose the product and issue type, then include your order number when relevant, device or firmware details, steps to reproduce the issue, and links to any useful screenshots or video.
