View the Full FAQ
What is the difference between NOTE4 and NOTE4C Devkit?

NOTE4 is a ready-to-use consumer product with official firmware and AI voice task features. NOTE4C Devkit is a four-color open development device designed for developers, and it does not include NOTE4's ready-to-use NOTE4 features.

What should I do if NOTE4 cannot connect to the network?

Confirm that you are using 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, then check the network name, password, and provisioning steps in the Quick Start Guide. If the issue continues, send a support request with your device and network details.

Is screen flashing during a NOTE4C Devkit refresh normal?

Yes. A full refresh on a four-color e-paper display takes time and may flash, briefly invert colors, or flicker during the refresh.

How do I install a firmware .bin file?

Open the ZECTRIX Firmware Updater in desktop Chrome or Edge, connect the device by USB, choose your local .bin file, and follow the five guided steps.

What should I include in a support request?

Choose the product and issue type, then include your order number when relevant, device or firmware details, steps to reproduce the issue, and links to any useful screenshots or video.
