It began with an idea we shared publicly
AI keeps getting more capable, yet most experiences remain trapped inside phones and computers. Checking a task or remembering one small thing still means unlocking a device, opening an app, and moving past notifications and feeds.
We wondered whether AI could exist in a quieter, more natural form. An e-paper screen that keeps useful information visible, a physical button you press before speaking, and effortless voice input became the first outline of our AI sticky note.
In early 2026, we shared the unfinished idea on Bilibili. The video reached its first goal of 500 likes in less than a day. We paused other projects and built the first complete prototype in 25 days.
The display, enclosure, speaker, battery life, buttons, case, and open interfaces all evolved through comments, polls, and real feedback. The idea progressed through tooling, production, and delivery, and it continues to improve in everyday use.
