Delete your ZecTrix account
ZECTRIX Lab provides this page so you can ask us to delete your ZecTrix app account and the data linked to it. The request does not require you to be signed in.
01Enter your registered email in the form. If you sign in with Google, enter that Google email. Do not enter your password.
02You can also email support@zectrix.com from your registered address and ask us to delete the account and linked data.
03We check the request and delete the account within 30 days, then reply to the same email.

What we delete
- Your account, including the email address, password, and Google sign-in link.
- Notes and to-dos synced to the account, including ones created by voice.
- Images you uploaded in the ZecTrix app.
- Device bindings linked to the account.
- Feedback you send in the app, including attached images.
What we keep, and for how long
- Records we must keep to meet a legal requirement.
- Backup copies for up to 90 days after the account is deleted, then those copies are deleted.
Uninstalling the ZecTrix app, or deleting a Google Play account, does not delete the ZecTrix account.
